Itinerary:
Morning Hatha Yoga, followed by a freshly prepared breakfast. Then you may want to join us for a guided walk through the countryside or woodlands.
We will then meet for a meditation session, while our in-house chef prepares a delicious lunch. After lunch, you may want to chill in the stunning grounds, or take dip and try some wild swimming in the lake...if you are feeling even more energetic, you can make full use of the onsite gym and then maybe finish up with a relax in the sauna.

If you're feeling brave, you can hop into an ice bath to enhance muscle recovery, uplift your mood and boost your immunity!

Our yoga retreat evenings consist of Restorative or Yin Yoga, followed by a freshly cooked dinner and then meditations and story sharing around the fire pit under the stars.

Accommodation:
The two converted barns are original stone barns which have been beautifully restored and converted to provide the perfect mix of rustic countryside feel and modern comfort. Lovingly restored to preserve the original features of the barn’s exterior, making for the ultimate country yoga retreat escape experience.

Each room is en-suite, towels are provided and we have underfloor heating too.

You just need to bring your own towels for the sauna or lake swimming.

In addition to the wonderful accommodation, the retreat benefits from a spectacular range of facilities. This includes gym, sauna, a beautiful lake suitable for wild swimming, use of two large canoes (life jackets included and essential), fire pit with group log seating, BBQ cabana, extensive grounds, walking throughout our 200 acre private estate and beyond. All with ample parking for all yogis

The extensive facilities at our yoga retreat in Powys, provide plenty of opportunities for fun, both indoors and outdoors. Take a dip in the wild swimming lake, a hike across the estate or simply relax on one of many glorious terrace areas with new friends.
The fun doesn’t end if it rains either – with plenty of indoor space and things to do to keep everyone occupied between yoga and meditation sessions. Enjoy a game of pool, an energetic game of table tennis or perhaps a workout at the gym followed by a relaxing sauna is more your thing. However you intend to spend your day, there is plenty to offer as part of your retreat stay with us.
